Hi, we are Jindra, Eva, Áňa and Jéňa... the Marek family - a family that has fallen under the spell of the Austrian Alps so much that we decided not only to spend time in Bad Kleinkirchheim, but to start building a place here where everyone can feel just as good as we do.

It all started as an ordinary family holiday – our friends convinced us to join them on a trip to Austria. And then it happened. Green meadows, mountain peaks covered in snow, children thrilled by mountain streams and forest trails. We took that feeling of euphoria back home with us and simply couldn’t stop thinking about it.

In spring 2023 we made a decision. Practical Jindra and the slightly spontaneous Eva – and surprisingly, we agreed very quickly. We wanted to have our own little piece of Carinthia. 😄

We searched, found nothing, and then...

We went through countless listings, viewed several properties and came across all sorts of “gems” priced at three times our budget. Just when it was starting to look hopeless, we discovered Bad Kleinkirchheim.

And then came the final viewing. A beautiful view of the mountains, ski slopes close by, enough space for the whole family. Eva knew it the moment she walked in – this is it.

We signed the papers and became the owners of our apartment in Carinthia. ❤️
