This modern 40 m² apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for 2–4 guests and offers everything needed for a perfect holiday in a peaceful setting with beautiful views.

Bedroom The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe and a private TV – the ideal place to finally switch off after a day spent outdoors. The living room is a bright space with a comfortable sofa that easily turns into a bed for two children in the evening. If an extra bed is needed, it can be arranged and an additional bed will be prepared.

Kitchen is fully equipped – including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee maker to start the morning right. And for longer stays, there is also a washing machine, so there is no need to pack loads of clothes.

Bathroom Clean, modern and equipped with everything needed – a shower, hairdryer and soft towels are all ready on site.

Terrace and garden – a private oasis This is the favourite part of the property. There is a private terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with mountain views and for firing up the grill in the evening. There is also garden furniture, badminton for children and a bike rack, so all sports equipment stays safe and within easy reach.

It is only 100 meters to the St. Kathrein thermal spa. The Maibrunnbahn Talstation and Sonnwiesenbahn I Talstation chairlifts are 300 meters away, and the Trattniglift Talstation drag lift is also 300 meters away.
